The conquest of overseas markets required the involvement of multiple departments and teams. Prioritising coordination and collaboration amongst all parties with effective, open communication in order to streamline processes was the first cornerstone of success.

The introduction and marketing of a product in a new market comprises three key components: the product, the legal aspect and the sales and marketing process. The documentation required for the professional translation into the language of the new market is then determined.

The product stage involved the translation of safety data sheets, quality certificates and ingredient data sheets into Russian. In order to comply with the bureaucratic requirements, we then carried out sworn translation of the Commercial Register certificates together with the company’s articles of incorporation into Russian.
Finally, at the sales and marketing stage, we translated bargaining agreements.

Sworn translation, unlike ordinary translation, takes on an official and legal status; it is printed and bears the signature and stamp of a sworn translator appointed by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. The sworn translator certifies that the translation is a faithful representation of the original document and makes it valid for presentation before any public body.

Every document required by the government must be translated by a sworn translator.
