The most convenient option is to create a user account with translation permissions. Once set up, our translation process begins:

• We access the WPML module using the provided credentials and export the files in XLIFF format (or alternatively, you or your website manager can export them).
• We analyse the content and prepare the files for translation, preserving all HTML tags to maintain the integrity of the website design.
• Once the translation is complete, we carry out a comprehensive internal quality check: proofreading, updating translation memories, creating and reviewing glossaries, and ensuring compliance with client-specific guidelines.
• We regenerate the XLIFF files and import the translations back into your website with a single click, at no additional cost.
• We verify and validate the display of the translated content within WPML, ensuring that formatting, bolding, underlining and all visual elements are preserved.

If your website is built on other CMS platforms such as Joomla, Drupal, or if your e-commerce store uses PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento or similar systems, we can handle translation by working directly with exported files (.PO, .CSV, .XML, etc.).
